We never get date night. We never leave my son with sitters. I'm seriously those psychotic overprotective moms. hahaha. So on that note we left to celebrate our 3 year anniversary in Catalina Island with no guilt because we took him to school and he went to the boys and girls club after. If I remember correctly my sister watched him for a little bit til we got home. It was only like one hour. Every year we do something really nice for our anniversary.
Did I mention I hate Valentines Day? We actually don't celebrate it. It's the only time I'm selfish. I want to walk around all day while celebrating our anniversary saying every 2 seconds "it's our anniversary" with the cheesiest smile ever and have everyone say "aaawww". (So special right? hahaha. I literally want all the attention of our love on us not on a day I'm told to show it). Celebrating Valentine's Day is like walking into a party with 2 other girls wearing the same dress as you. I mean I want to be the only special one in the room. Just sayin' hahaha!
How gorgeous is this view?! It's not the best pic because I was scared to get up and move to the other side for the irrational thought that I might make the bus fall over. Hahaha! But seriously, isn't it beautiful?!
Ok enough torture lol. Im going to post a ton of pretty pictures now to show I kind of know what I'm doing. I actually take nice photos. The boat ride made us so sea sick we were dreading leaving the Island at all. I mean my son doesn't need parents does he? haha Joking you serious people out there.
We put our swim suits on and chilled by the water. We even took a nap!
